Best Builder Broker Program
Forbes Capretto is pleased to introduce our new Broker/Realtor Rewards Program, which provides added benefits for signing up your customers to own a new Forbes Capretto home.
For each new home order brought to Forbes Capretto, Broker/Realtors now earn points, based on the contract price, that may be redeemed for exciting rewards. The progressive benefit for additional sales will provide greater rewards for repeat business.
For example:
Earn 1 point per $1,000 of contract price on your first sale
Earn 1.5 points per $1,000 of contract price on your second sale
Earn 2.0 points per $1,000 of contract price on your third sale
Additional sales will earn points at similar increments consistent with the illustration shown above.
The more orders you bring in, the faster the points add up.
Points will be awarded and credited to a Broker/Realtor's account within 5 days of the closing. Points are to be redeemed no later than December 31 each calendar year. Broker/Realtor must be the procuring cause for the customer/builder relationship and must register their customer with the Builder at or before the initial meeting with Forbes Capretto.
